Are every piece unique?

Yes, every jewelry piece I create has a unique design. Each item is handmade with love and care, ensuring that no two pieces are exactly alike. The gemstones, thread colors, and designs are chosen thoughtfully to create one-of-a-kind treasures that reflect nature’s beauty and artistic craftsmanship.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, I accept personalized orders! Feel free to message me with your ideas or inspirations. You can choose the stones, thread colors, and other details to create a custom, exclusive piece made just for you. Let’s collaborate to bring your vision to life!

What are the care instructions for my jewelry?

Each piece comes with a detailed care card with specific instructions, but here are some key tips:

  • Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotions, and chemicals.
  • Keep away from water, especially salt and chlorinated water, as it can damage the threads and stones.
  • Remove before sleeping or exercising.

Do you offer wholesale options?

As a small artisan business, I create each piece from scratch with unique details, so I’m not available for traditional wholesale orders. However, I’m open to discussing small batch orders or creating limited edition pieces for special collaborations. If you're interested in exploring this option, please feel free to contact me to discuss possibilities.

What are your shipping methods?

I ship all orders via CTT Portugal using registered mail with tracking.

  • Portugal: Delivery typically occurs within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe: Estimated delivery time is 3-15 business days.
  • Rest of the World: Delivery times range from 5-30 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Each piece is packed with care, so please allow 1-5 business days for order preparation before shipment. If you have a specific timeline, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.

Can I exchange or return an item?

I offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Custom items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Please refer to our [refund policy] for full details on how to start the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. I will work quickly to resolve the issue.

What if I want to cancel or return an order?

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
